This month Hiya Bucks visited ...

Black Park

On a beautiful sunny, but freezing, afternoon in
March we headed out of the office to visit Black Park.
Located right at the base of Buckinghamshire, close
to the border with Berkshire, it’s only
a 20 minute drive from our office
and a little over 12 miles from our
Amersham base.
There are over 10 miles of tracks
through woodland, heathland and
around the huge lake which are
accessible for buggies and wheelchair
users alike. It’s a great place for a
family afternoon out, pack up a picnic
and your bikes and off you go; you can
hire bikes there if you haven’t got any of
your own.
If you fancy something more
challenging a visit to Go Ape, the No. 1
Forest Adventure, might be your thing.
With Tarzan swings
through the trees, zip
wires, and high ropes
to clamber through
