Become an ‘eggsplorer’
this Easter with Cadbury and
the National Trust
National Trust places near Maidenhead are inviting families
to become ‘eggsplorers’ over the Easter weekend thanks to
Cadbury, who are donating thousands of their chocolate eggs to
children who complete the special Easter trails.
At Cliveden throughout the Easter weekend
(18 – 21 April) families are invited to ‘eggsplore’
the gardens and hunt for clues at the Cadbury
Easter Egg Trail. Children will each receive a
make-it-yourself explorer helmet, trail journal
and eggsplorer passport to help along the way
and can enjoy a delicious Cadbury Egghead
prize at the end. The trail is open from 11am
until 4pm and costs £2.50 per child. Normal
admission charges to Cliveden apply, but no
advanced booking is needed.
There is something to appeal to all the
senses at Cliveden in April as a colourful floral
display fills the Parterre and rhododendron
and magnolia blooms decorate the Water
Garden. Families can discover the spring-time
attractions of the gardens together with the
help of a free self-guided trail available from the Information Centre. Other family favourites
include the storybook themed play area f ܈[
