Smooth, creamy, locally produced goats cheese from Wobbly Bottom Farm and freshly baked figs was definitely the correct choice of lunch for me at this traditional, yet glamorous, country pub. I say glamorous because The Royal Oak has a state-of-the-art teepee in their garden. It’s secluded from the main pub garden and has been very tastefully designed in a landscaped enclosure.
