Migraines and Me
I was eleven when I got my first migraine.
This is my story about migraines and me.
Migraine Centre? Maybe you
have even been a client at the
National Migraine Centre? I’d love to hear
more about your experience.
I recently received an email from someone
who had read one of my Migraines and
Me articles. He suggested I made an
appointment at the National Migraine
Centre. This is a place I’d never heard
of before which is surprising as it’s in
London. I’m going to book an appointment
(although it is quite pricey) as I read some
reviews online and one lady had written
that migraines were ruining her life, but
she had found hope. I instantly thought...
sounds like something I need to get
involved with!
Have any of you heard of the National
Migraines and Me

A friend of mine recently had a Vega
allergy test. I must admit that since
seeing my nutritionist a few years ago my
diet and vitamin intake has gone a little
downhill! I thought it would be best to
catch up with her first, rather than trying
too much change at once. Maybe I’ll try
the Vega allergy test as well. I will also be
contacting the National Migraine Centre
through emails to see if I can go for a
consultation to just explain my current
situation and get more involved with the
charity side of their business!
Do any of you find that suffering with
migraines also means suffering with empty
pockets? I feel like money slips through
my fingers sometimes with the amount of
appointments and different theories I’m
trying! But I wouldn’t have it any other
way if it means I can wake up without a
headache and feeling ready to start the
day!
If you suffer from migraines I would love to hear from you.
