Penn Meadow Summer Festival is a gorgeous little festival held annually on Penn
Meadow Farm, located a few hundred yards from the Royal Standard of England
pub in Forty Green.
The festival first began four years ago and was the
creation of owner and organiser Frankie Lord. Frankie
wanted to find a way to help local young musicians
have the opportunity of getting their music played to an
appreciative audience.
The festival has grown slowly and steadily and now, in it’s
fourth year, is expected to reach a maximum capacity of
500 people. Everybody is welcome and children under 13
can attend for free.
As well as enjoying brilliant local music there are also
many other things to keep you entertained and smiling.
With a fully licensed bar, food stalls and free camping
for the weekend there's absolutely no reason not to
make it down to this year’s Penn Meadow Summer
Festival.
