We have plenty of sides available and my
particular favourites are the new Waitrose
WORLD DELI item, Beetroot and sour cherries
slaw (Pink Cabbage, beetroot, sweetened sour
cherries, carrot, onion and red pepper in a
chipotle mayonnaise dressing) and Waitrose
Charlotte Potato Salad w/Yogurt Mayo. Add a
couple of Waitrose Parmesan & Garlic Rustic
Wheels, and you have yourself a head start.
So I will recommend a burger to you, which
is the Waitrose1 30 Day Dry-Aged Hereford
Beef handpressed burger. The Hereford is a
British breed that dates back to the 1700’s, and
is renowned for its excellent meat. The ageing
process makes the meat more tender and
brings out an almost buttery flavour. Season and
grill these burgers and even the most fussy of
foodies, like myself, will be impressed with your
choices.
