MOROCCO EXPEDITION 2018
Hi , let me introduce myself . My name is Imogen Burrowes and I am 14 years old . I am also responsible for delivering some of your Hiya Bucks magazines . I am a pupil in Year 9 at The Beaconsfield School and myself and 13 other pupils are going on an expedition to Morocco during the Easter holidays of 2018 .
The expedition will be 12 days long . We decided , as a team , to trek for 4 days around a remote part of the mountains and have 3 days of charity work for the village ’ s schools . The charity work will consist of making desks and chairs for the children to work on , and decorating the school by painting the walls to give the school a better , and therefore happier , environment .
We are looking for sponsorship from local businesses to help fund the expedition , and more importantly , our charity work . The whole idea is for us , as pupils , to find ways to raise the funds through various jobs . If your company can help us you will have your logo printed on the back of our expedition T Shirts and will of course be mentioned in all the reports on our progress . Great advertising !
