We came across quillows at the Chiltern American
Women’s Christmas Bazaar a couple of years ago
and we have been using them ever since.
So, what is a quillow? It’s a pillow and quilt all in
one. Folded and tucked into a secret pillowcase to
create a pillow, or unfolded to create a quilt. We
use them when we are travelling (here’s Natalie
keeping warm on a boat in Laos).
Amersham resident Jyoti Dalwadi creates her own
designs and they are printed using only natural
dyes. 100% cotton, they are very soft, and can be
machine washed. We couldn’t be without ours.
