Restaurant Review
It’s a revelation …. Revolution has so much to offer
When we popped into Revolution for a spot of lunch recently we went with slight
trepidation as we weren’t sure about eating lunch in a nightclub!
But Revolution (or Revs as it is also known) is so much more than a nightclub. We
were pleasantly surprised by what they have to offer.
Although a table had been reserved for us inside we decided to make the most of
the warm autumnal day and sit outside on the heated terrace. Andy, our waiter,
was very knowledgeable about the menu and it’s free-from options and suggested
we try the nachos (gluten free tortillas made inhouse). They were scrummy; we will
definitely return for a plate of these again.
The nachos were followed by chicken and coconut curry and the sweet potato and
bean burger, both of which were very tasty. So often with restaurants that are part
of a chain the food is processed, ready-made for serving. Here at Revolution they
have their own chefs and you can tell this from the quality of the food. Using fresh,
seasonal produce the menu has plenty of choice with big, wholesome flavours. The
desserts looked tempting but we were simply too full.
Open for food from 9 am week days, 10 am Saturdays and 11 am on Sundays pop
in for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner or maybe visit for Happy Hour and a
plate of nachos!
Revolution can cater for all your needs from kids parties and christenings to
business meetings and formal gatherings. Whatever your requirements, the team
at Revolution Beaconsfield will be happy to assist you.
