I can’t wait to really get stuck into my gardening again this year. I don’t know why but the weather we have had over the last few months hasn’t encouraged me to get in the garden, but hopefully that will all change now. I suppose that means I’m really just a fair weather gardener, and why not eh? This month’s recipe is a play on Easter Eggs; Scotch Eggs. Imagine organising an Easter Egg hunt that didn’t involve chocolate, but pork mince, breadcrumbs and hard boiled eggs. Maybe we can start a new trend. I can definitely vouch for how tasty these Scotch Eggs are and I’m looking forward to packing up a picnic and heading off to discover a corner of Buckinghamshire I haven’t yet been too. I’ve got some great competition prizes for you again this month – remember you have to be “in it to win it” so get entering. Last month’s Pub in the Park competition tickets were highly sought after – I wish I had more to give away to you all. There are lots of things happening in Buckinghamshire this month.
