At Cliveden throughout the Easter weekend (3-6 April) families will be able to
explore the gardens as they follow the clues on the special Cadbury Easter Egg
Trail. There’ll be lots of activities to complete along the way with children needing
to keep a look out for paper rabbits hiding amongst the shrubbery, count giant
eggs hanging from the trees and solve the Easter riddle before enjoying a delicious
Cadbury Egghead prize at the end. The trail is open from 11am until 4pm and
costs £3 per child. Normal admission charges to Cliveden apply, but no advanced
booking is needed.
A day out at Cliveden is a firm favourite with many families thanks to the
combination of glorious colour-filled gardens and features such as the storybook
themed play area and giant Cliveden maze which have been designed especially
with little ones in mind. In early April thousands of colourful
blooms will be filling the six-acre Parterre whilst daffodils create a
golden carpet on Stable Bank and blossom and magnolia blooms
decorate the Water Garden.
