Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Mix together in bowl:
1.5 cup whole oats
2 scoops Quattro Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T chia seeds
In a separate bowl, mix:
1.5 cup natural PB
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 T almond milk
4 T maple syrup
Add dry mix slowly into wet mix, get your hands dirty
and kneed together! If the mixture is a little dry, add
1 tablespoon water at a time until it sticks together.
Pull apart into quarter sized balls, chill and enjoy!
