Whether you love them or hate them, there's no denying that Burpees are an exceptional full body exercise. Fast,
effective, and, well, for some, even fun! You will work your legs, chest, shoulders, arms and core. At the same time
as your muscles get a good pump, your heart and lungs will reap from the conditioning benefits of burpees. You don't
need equipment or space to do regular versions. But if you'd like to add an extra challenge, try holding dumbbells and
adding even more strength to the movement as demonstrated in this article!
Try doing 3 sets of 10 burpees that include push up, row, bicep curl and overhead shoulder press. If you can't add all
movements in right away, start with just the push up. Can't make it through 3 sets? Start with one!
