My doctor told me to listen to my body and never work out so hard that I am gasping for air and cannot talk. So just listen to your body and don’t overdo it! If you were not used to exercising before you got pregnant, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it, quite the contrary! But now is not the time to start training for a marathon if you never ran before. Again, consult your doctor before starting any new activity and take it slow.
