It's been nearly five years since Kansas City's Timothy Gee walked into the doors of Hitch Fit. It's a day
that we won't forget. Tim was ready for change, he needed that change to drastically improve his health.
There was no turning back! His bright smile and contagiously friendly personality made an impact on
every person, both trainers and clients, that he came in contact with. His transformation was
remarkable, and has consistently been one of the most popular on the Hitch Fit site. He has inspired
many people over the years! We wanted to catch up with Tim and see how he's doing now, and what life
is like 5 years after his initial transformation.
