6. TAKE ACTION Once you set your goals you need to take action and be open to opportunities. And welcome the fact that taking action on new opportunities is likely to take you outside your comfort zone. 7. EXPECT ADVERSITY AND FAILURE The path to achieving your goal is filled with roadblocks and downfalls. It’s suppose to be that way, it’s not suppose to be a easy street paved in gold. Expect the hard times and welcome them because by experiencing them and pushing past them you are made stronger and ultimately it is all just apart of the process to achieving your goal! 8. STAY ON TASK! Always stay focused on the big picture. Don’t get too distracted by the smaller elements of a goal. 9. MAKE TODAY VALUABLE Each day attempt to take a step towards achieving your goal this makes the journey broken down into small achievable factors as the positive days turn into positive weeks, months, years and before you know it you’re there! 10. AVOID DANGEROUS EXPECTATIONS Goals are there to drive our progression towards a life purpose, they are great to have. But don’t make your goals into exceptions. With expectations there is a underlying element of ownership. When you feel like you own it and then fail to achieve it, the blow back from that failure can be crushing and can kill your progress for good. But when you hit failure in pursuit of a goal you are able to pick yourself up, push past the grief of the failure, having learned from the failure and keep your pursuit of the goal alive now wiser and stronger for having failed.
