Crystal is a Kansas City gal first heard of Hitch Fit years ago, but at that time, she wasn’t quite ready for
her transformation. When she finally WAS ready, there was no stopping her! Crystal, who is 48 years
young, was a little skeptical at first when she began her one on one training at Hitch Fit Gym in Kansas
City, having tried many other programs that left her with results she wasn’t satisfied with. But she dove
in, made the changes to her eating and training and began her Hitch Fit journey. As Crystal started to
see her body change, this go-getter started to dream bigger. She had some “Next Level” goals that she
wanted to tackle!! I was thrilled to hear she wanted to get in Fitness Model shape and step on stage for
