Diana's Protein Bread Recipe
from Hitch Fit Living Cookbook: 100+ Healthy Recipes For Your Fit Life!
Ingredients: (for 4 breads)
4 Scoops Magnum Quattro Protein Powder (flavor of choice)
3 Cups Whole Oats
1 Cup Egg Whites
3/4 - 1.5 cups of water - varies depending on how moist you would like your bread to be.
Optional Ingredients: Cranberries, Almonds, Berries of choice, Banana, Walnut, Apples
Spice Options: Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, or Pumpkin or Apple Pie Spice.
Instructions: Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 4 mini loaf pans with olive oil spray (or
you can also use a cupcake tin to make 12 smaller portions)
Mix all the ingredients together until blended. Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes. Baking time can be
extended or reduced depending on the consistency you would like you bread to be.
You could also make one bread at a time to be specific with ingredients if you are in transformation.
These are excellent for traveling, on the go and quick snacks!
Calories: 225 - 400 depending on if they are plain or with added ingredients. Plain: 25 grams
protein, 25 grams carbohydrate 3 grams fat.
