Every girl wants a nice backside! Many of us have jobs that require sitting for extending periods of time,
limiting the use of those glute muscles. Whether you are at the gym, home, a park, or traveling and staying in a
hotel, use my 5 moves to sculp and tone that booty anywhere!

SQUAT
*Hands down the best all around lower body
compound movement as this not only targets
your butt but your legs as well.
How To: Start with your feet about shoulder
width apart. Drive your hips back and lower
yourself like you are sitting into a chair. Push
through your heels to stand back up to the
starting position.
Form Check: Keep the toes pointed forward or
slight out and watch that your knees do not cave
in or bow out. Knees should be aligned with your
hips and feet. Watch that your knees do not
come past your toes. Your back should be in a
flat and neutral spine position, not rounded.
Challenge: Add a weighted barbell or hold
dumbbells on your shoulders
