A young child is in a bicycle
accident. Her parents are believers but as the emotional
situation surrounding the accident are playing before
them the mother deepens into
a state of crying out to the
LORD and asking Him why
this had to happen. Why her
child and not someone else’s.
She seeks out godly counsel
and the counselor reminds
her that even in this deep
state of sleep that her child
can hear every word she is
speaking. The counselor then
reminds her that it is okay to
hurt and to be angry, but bitterness and hatred cannot
over power her love for God
and for His people.
The child lingers on life support as the man that hit her
drinks himself into a drunken
stupor and ends up in the
same exact hospital that her
