“I have to say … I feel very excited and
feel like I've come a long way in my life
from where I was 6 years ago. I applied
to do volunteer work at the local prisons here in Abilene. I was certain I
would be denied, being a convicted felon and serving 4 years probation. I am
proud to say that I received a letter today from the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice stating I have been
cleared to attend the Volunteer Training/Orientation. My volunteer status is
however contingent upon completion
of the training program. I honestly feel
totally vindicated!! God is creating the
path I am suppose to walk and I feel
extremely blessed!”
I am your friend …
I will lead you out of the darkness into the
light. I will carry you when you are weak
and escort you through honesty. I will provide tools for the battles and binding for
your wounds.
I am your friend …
I will teach you abstinence and release you
from your burden. I will initiate forgiveness and I will foster willingness. I will
nurture ambition and claim back your life.
I am your friend ...
My name is "Recovery."
“I have officially been invited to speak at
two churches in Alabama I'm very excited
and feel very honored”...
You May Be asking Yourself—
What does recovery look like?
“God saved me from the depths
of hell. HE restored me and has
given me a life I believed I'd
never have! Faith is everything.
Please believe there is hope …
please surrender and know HE
can and will save you! To all
the addicts still suffering and
know the guilt shame and selfhate … you are worthy and deserve restoration! God Bless!”
Brings power to the Scripture that
says, “Here I am LORD send me!” …
