This piece is not to discourage you or put you down, but it is actually intended to encourage you not to make the mistakes I’m going to point out
here. I do this in hopes that you will read, take heed, and actually learn
what NOT to do, in order to further your success in an ever so complicated
and detail oriented music industry. If you’re happy at the stage of the
