in your Daily Fitness Routine

s we get older our bodies start to
change and can break down if we do
not begin preventative care. It is never
too late to begin Strength training. Strength
Training comes in many forms through Body
weight exercises (pushups, bodyweight squats
etc} machines at the fitness studios, battle
ropes, and resistance bands to name a few.
Weight training doesn’t have to be boring.
Switching up routines and types of training
will keep your body guessing.
Before Deciding on a program
Obtain Physician approval before
beginning any new program especially if you
have not been working out.
