Health & Wellness Tip of the Month: Include Strength Training in your Daily Fitness Routine by Angela Winston-Hebert A s we get older our bodies start to change and can break down if we do not begin preventative care. It is never too late to begin Strength training. Strength Training comes in many forms through Body weight exercises (pushups, bodyweight squats etc} machines at the fitness studios, battle ropes, and resistance bands to name a few. Weight training doesn’t have to be boring. Switching up routines and types of training will keep your body guessing.
