Editor’s Note
Hello again HimPower Family. We’re
happy you’ve joined us for another spir-
it-filled issue of HimPower Magazine. As
always, we praise God for what he has done
and continues to do to bless the HimPower
Family of believers in the Power of God
working in us to prosper and not harm us,
give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11-
13).
And perhaps, no one personifies God’s
power at work in them more than Ernestine
Shepherd. Ernestine is a living testimony of
God’s goodness and of His power working
through her to teach others how to prosper
spiritually and be in good health. She is 81
years young and looks fabulous! You’ll see
what I mean when you get to her story. A
Guinness Book World Record holder, she
is an inspiration to hundreds of thousands
who have been inspired to improve their
own health because of her remarkable life
as a body-builder, trainer, motivational
speaker, wife, mother, grandmother–and
inspired woman of God!
There’s more. This issue is packed
with inspiration and encouragement from

inspiration and empowerment to live more
prosperously in life. So, be sure to take

sure to enjoy Helen Steiner Rice’s poem, A
Mother’s Love. To celebrate Mothers and
motherhood, we looked for the perfect poem
to serve as a Tribute to Mother. We believe
we found it in this simple poem by this cele-
brated poet, and think you will agree.
