Dead-End Job

I’ve been in a dead-end job for eight years. What I do is mostly
administrative, and I would like to move into a field that pays
better. I’m thinking of going back to school, but I’m not sure
what I should major in. I have an Associate’s degree in manage-
ment and know I will need to get a Bachelor’s degree first. Do you have any
thoughts or suggestions?
