Welcome to the August issue of HimPower Magazine™. We hope this month’s
theme, Is Your “Self” Blocking Your Blessings,
stirs a yearning to know in every professed
believer. After all, who doesn’t want to be
blessed? In our cover story, gospel artist,
Jessica Reedy, openly shares the struggles
which enabled her to remove self and begin a
closer walk with God. This spiritual transformation that began in part during the purging
she experienced through her hit single, Better gave birth to the lyrics of her new album,
Transparent. Reedy uses the lyrics to direct
those who hurt, as she has, to the path of
deliverance.
