S-BT GR/GF with grating
discs X-FCM-R/M
The S-BT GR threaded screw
stud for grating and the X-FCM-R
grating fastener disc are highly
corrosion resistant, equivalent to A4
(316) stainless steel. You can also
choose S-BT GF threaded screw
studs for grating and X-FCM-M
grating fastener disc with hot-
dip galvanized and duplex-coated
components which have corrosion
resistance equivalent to 45 μm hot-
dip galvanized. Created for single-
operator installation from above, the
high load and pull-out values are
comparable to stud welding with
vibration resistance. They fasten to
all steel shapes and grades and can
easily be removed for maintenance
work.
Grating fastener X-GR Fastener X-R 14
A preassembled fastener for
increased productivity, the DX 5-GR
drives up to 240 fastenings per
hour. Part of a convenient powder-
actuated system for total mobility and
independence from electric power
supplies, it is easy to install by a
single user from the top of the grating
and the grating clamp can easily be
removed for maintenance work. This stainless steel nail is used
for simple fastenings of light duty
instrumentation on steel in mildly
corrosive environments. Use this
nail in combination with a hot-dip
galvanized solid strut for increased
fastening flexibility.
