Courtesy of Hawkesbury City Council, we are very proud to present a special treat for our market visitors, where our favourite Singer Songwriter teams up with an improv and groove guitarist. Guitarist Len Marks is a Blue Mountains guitar legend, performing regularly with his improved and groove outfit Gravity Belt. He has played and recorded with a wide range of artists including Inga Liljestrom, Rachael Hore, Iota, Peter Northcote, Juliett Obsessed, The Red Hot Mumblers, Robyne Dunn, Paris Green and Fred Smith.
Andrew Browne has performed at a number of Valley events in past years, and comes at the world with tunes and words, a nylon string guitar and a beautiful voice.
There are Valleyers who come out of the hills just to hear his dulcet tones. After circling each other for some years, the pair are finally performing together 10am- 2pm on Sunday July 12.

Mystery, Comedy and Unexpected Twists! Castle Hill Players presents- A SHOT IN THE DARK at the Pavilion Theatre
A dead chauffeur. An unconscious maid clutching a gun. A house full of suspects and more than a few secrets.
That’ s the intriguing premise behind A Shot in the Dark, the latest production from Castle Hill Players, directed by Jason Spindlow.
Set in a respectable Parisian household, the story begins when newly appointed Chief Magistrate Paul Sevigne is called to investigate what appears to be an open-and-shut case. Josefa, a good-hearted but seemingly naïve maid, is discovered unconscious, unclothed
and holding a pistol, while her lover lies dead beside her.
For most investigators, the case would be solved. But Sevigne is not convinced.
Relying on instinct and an uncanny ability to uncover hidden truths, he digs deeper into the circumstances surrounding the murder. What follows is a delightfully chaotic investigation filled with secret affairs, hidden motives, mistaken identities and an evergrowing list of suspects.
As the mystery unfolds, Sevigne finds himself navigating a tangled web of scandal that threatens not only the case but also his reputation and career.
Adapted by Harry Kurnitz from Marcel Achard’ s play L’ Idiote, A Shot in the Dark combines sharp wit, clever dialogue and unexpected twists to create a comedymystery that keeps audiences guessing until the very end.
