LABOR GIVES UNIONS NSW THE KEY TO BUSINESS’ PRIVATE INFORMATION
The NSW Labor Government has amended the law to allow Unions NSW to enter the premises of any business( large or small) and demand access to digital records, including emails, contracts and employee information. Not even the NSW Police have this power.
Any information held in digital form must be made available, and if a business refuses access, the owner must defend that decision in court at their own expense.
At a time when many small businesses are already under financial pressure, the last thing they need is heavy-handed union access to their sensitive digital information. 2026 LOCAL WOMAN OF THE YEAR
Kylie Harvey( left) has been trailblazer for the Kellyville United Football Club. She is the Club’ s first ever female Team Manager and Coach- paving the way for future females in these roles. She manages two teams at the Club, coaches one of those teams and developed a summer soccer program which has a waiting list for participation.
Kylie is a fantastic role model for females or all ages and is an example of how a single mum of three can make an impact in a traditionally male dominated arena. The Kellyville Electorate is
