SENIORS FESTIVAL

Live Life in Colour at the NSW Seniors Festival Expo 2026

Seniors from across New South Wales are invited to celebrate, connect and discover new opportunities at the NSW Seniors Festival Expo 2026, one of the state’ s largest and most vibrant events dedicated to older Australians.
Held at the International Convention Centre( ICC) Sydney in Hall 3, the free twoday expo will take place on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 from 9am to 4pm and Thursday, 12 March 2026 from 9am to 3pm. As part of the wider NSW Seniors Festival, the expo promises a colourful and engaging experience designed to help seniors live life to the fullest.
The NSW Seniors Festival Expo brings together a diverse range of exhibitors covering travel, lifestyle, home services, health and wellbeing, government programs and community organisations. It provides a valuable opportunity for seniors to access information, discover new services and explore activities that support independence, health and active living.
Visitors can speak directly with representatives from government departments, community groups and businesses, making it easier to learn about services, support programs and
opportunities available locally and across the state. Whether it’ s planning a holiday, improving wellbeing, accessing home support or finding new hobbies, the expo offers something for everyone.
One of the highlights of the event is its interactive and hands-on approach. Seniors are encouraged to take part in activities, demonstrations and experiences that inspire them to try something new, stay socially connected and remain active in their communities.
Beyond the information and activities, the expo also serves as an important social event. It creates a welcoming environment where seniors can meet others, share experiences and strengthen their sense of belonging. Staying connected is vital for wellbeing, and events like the Seniors Festival Expo help foster community engagement and positive ageing.
Importantly, the expo is completely free to attend, and no tickets are required, making it accessible to all seniors across NSW.
The NSW Seniors Festival continues to play a vital role in recognising the enormous contribution older Australians make to their communities. It celebrates
their achievements while also providing practical tools and resources to help them maintain healthy, active and fulfilling lives.
For local seniors, the expo is a wonderful opportunity to explore new possibilities, access helpful services and
celebrate everything that comes with living life in colour.
