Running on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July from 10:00am – 4:00pm , the Lower Level Ground car park just outside Panetta Mercato and Elie ’ s Butchery , will be transformed into a foodies paradise . Food tasting , product showcasing , entertainment and freebies are all part of the experience . Meet the people behind
some of your favourite culinary delights available at Panetta Mercato and learn more about their products including : Casjubert : a local plant-based cheesemaker making cheeses that will make you quit dairy forever
Pepper and Spice : a family-owned company that focuses on the highest quality , hand-made spicy foods
Rub-A-Dub : seasoning specialists using 100 per cent Australian native bush ingredients and more
Morella Grove : established by the Dal Bon family using outstanding Italian varieties of olive trees chosen

Meredith and her team at Panetta Mercato will be hosting a grazing board , and Elie ’ s Butchery will open just in time to be part of the fun .
