Larger seniors housing accommodation is behind a planned $ 90million upgrade of Anglicare ’ s Castle Hill Village precinct .
The $ 90m upgrade provides for additional , seniors residential living – particularly two and three bedroom apartments , to meet local market demand for bigger size units , at the expansive complex bounded by Old Northern and Castle Hill roads .
Plans were recently lodged at Hills Shire Council to demolish existing structures to build a Seniors Living Development containing 28 units , with the retention of five existing multidwelling houses – in the vicinity of the
Uniting Mayflower Gerringong in 2010 after doing a village tour .
“ You don ’ t realise the friendships and the interdependence you ’ ll develop when you move in . Every day I am surrounded by things to do with my friends ,” Leonie said .
