BOYS’
Basketball
The boys played their best this year and had mixed results. It
was gratifying to see young players, especially the year 9’s
playing against experienced teams and winning some matches.
U14 Boys
The U14 boys started their
maiden match by marginally
losing to the Hillcrest U15 boys.
The boys went on to the Ross-
lyn U14 basketball tournament
where they beat Rosslyn B and
ISK B before losing to Rosslyn
A, RVA and finally to Strath-
more to bow out of the compe-
tition.
The RVA tournament also saw
mixed results with the boys
winning 1 match and losing
3. Surprisingly, their win was
against Strathmore, who had
beaten them in previous
tournaments.
