Be healthy: Health Tips Be healthy is not a big problem as many people think, it’s very easy once you’ve started. To have a better, healthier and even longer life, there are only five tips we suggest:  Why don’t you do exercise at least three times a week? Do exercise doesn’t only improves muscle, it also decreases stress, reduces the risk of a heart attack, lowers cholesterol and it has cardiovascular function benefits. You should try to do exercise in the morning; this will keep you awake and help you to concentrate better.  If you want a healthy life, you must follow a healthy diet, full of fruits and vegetables, even fats and different kind of meat. The most important thing in the diet are the vegetables, they help you to reduce body fat and have a more active life; the broccoli reduces risk of cancer and preventing the disease detected more aggressive, it’s an antioxidant that prevents tumors and heart diseases.  Have a healthy skin is important too, it shows the care you have with your body even if you don’t believe it, a person’s skin says more than what you think. We suggest you spend at least ten minutes under the sun every day, not only to get a pretty tan but it will help you to produce vitamin D, which helps to prevent cancer and it’s necessary to have healthy bones and muscles, including the heart. It’s very important that you remember to spend only 10 minutes under the sun, use sun blocker if you spend more time than the indicated.  If we were you, we would drink between two and three liters of water each day, this will help you to have a healthy skin and to clean your organism, in this way you will have a better digestion and lose body fat.  You should drink different kinds of teas, as an example; The Green Tea: It's anti-cancer, it helps to control diabetes and is good for your heart and it also prevents hypertension and fortifies the immune system. If you follow these tips for a long time, we guarantee that you will have a better health and a better body too and it doesn’t matter if you are young or old, this will help you anyways, so don’t forget to have a good care in yourself and be healthy! 9
