AZ J ET C ENTER E VENT — J ANUARY 17
by David M. Brown
Aero Jet Services at the Scottsdale Airpark will host
the second annual AZ Jet Center event, Wednesday
January 17, 2018, 4–7 p.m. The address is 8014 East
McClain Drive, Suite 200.
Showcasing luxury aircraft, exotic cars, fine food
and wine, a cigar lounge, and top-shelf spirits, fashion,
timepieces, jewelry, the lifestyle event will also show-
case work from the annual Celebration of Fine Art
in Scottsdale.
The event will display 12 to 15 special cars and
racecars. “Several dozen select vehicles are being con-
sidered for our signature car, and we’ll also have several
aircraft on display, including Person Luxury jets,” says
Scott Ingebretson, marketing director for Edmonds,
Washington-headquartered Jet Center Events.
The group is led by the marketing team behind
Concorso Italiano, the world’s largest exhibition of
exotic Italian cars, which takes place during Monterey
Automobile Week each August.
“This is the only event during Arizona auction
week which combines exquisite auto collections with
personal aircraft and the opportunity to raise money for
charity in an elegant lifestyle reception atmosphere,”
he says.
The AZ Jet Center event benefits Phoenix-based
ChildHelp, dedicated to the prevention and treatment
of child abuse, and Forever Loved pet sanctuary, an
organization that saves senior animals by providing
safe and caring environments. Attendees can bid
through a silent auction to obtain some of the art-
works and other fine products supplied by primarily
Scottsdale-based sponsors and local businesses
supporting them.
“AZ Jet Center is a great addition to the Auction
38
Highline Autos
Week events calendar in Scottsdale,” says Michael
Medoro, chief development officer at ChildHelp. “Ex-
otic car aficionados, luxury jet enthusiasts and people
who enjoy raising money for a terrific cause are able
to experience all of these at one place on January 17.”
The service provider sponsors include Aridus
Winery, Falto Cigars, Pasta Brioni, Kettey’s boutique
fashions, John Logan Trio, The Celebration of Fine
Arts, Scottsdale, Carbonadi Ultra Premium Vodka
and Dry sparkling soda. Corporate sponsors are
Meguiar’s, Russo and Steele, Concorso Italiano, Private
Asset Management, Andrew Evans Racing, Silver Lake
Resort, and PAM Real Estate Group, and the media
sponsors are Sports Car Market, AZ Foothills Magazine
and Highline Autos Magazine.
“We’re thrilled to continue this lifestyle event to
showcase some of Scottsdale’s fine companies while
hosting a display of exquisite automobiles, luxury
personal jets, and an opportunity to interact with some
of Scottsdale areas finest artists,” Ingebretson says.
“And, we’re raising money for respected charities.
Join us!”
