Frank Aazami’s Featured Listing
Prior to Auction
560 days on Market
The Private Client Group/Concierge
Auctions partnership sold this
Scottsdale home, unique in style
and floor plan. In cooperation with
partner listing agents, just 48 days
of exposure resulted in 69 open
house visitors, 35 qualified show-
ings and nine registered bidders.
“The Private Client Group and
Concierge Auctions sold this north
Scottsdale home in 2012 for $5.35
million; the same property sold two
years later in a better market for
$5.1 million, plus the seller offered
‘seller carry terms,’” Aazami says.

“Many people don’t have to sell but are frankly
tired of waiting for the market to come back,” Aazami
explains. “This auction is designed just for them:
sellers who highly value their time, would prefer the
certainty of sale now and still expect a white glove,
high-touch experience.
“For decades, we have witnessed the success at
Sotheby’s Auction House, and that is exactly what we
will be doing at the end of January in Phoenix,” Aazami
adds. “Auctions like this can successfully sell the finer
tangibles in life. Our objective is to strike a conver-
sation, motivate people who have been sitting on the
fence and get their property sold in the process.”
Why Concierge Auctions?
Concierge Auctions, based in New York City, has
worked in 38 states and 18 countries. The firm recently
targeted two portfolio-style sales similar to this one to-
ward Chinese buyers, which resulted in great success.
Total worldwide sales for the company exceed
$1.5 billion, and 2017 trophy sales include a water-
front Château in Geneva, Switzerland, and a nearly
$40 -million residence in Dallas, Texas.
The properties for the Arizona event will be
uploaded to ConciergeAuctions.com during the first
two weeks of January and will be updated through the
morning of the auction.
Aazami and Concierge Auctions are planning
preview events at each of the portfolio properties in
January, coinciding with two of the car auctions,
Barrett-Jackson and RM Sotheby’s in, respectively,
Scottsdale and Phoenix between January 13 and 21.
These will be updated to the website.
“This first event will certainly become an annual
‘auction after the auctions’ in the Valley of the Sun,”
Aazami says. “We welcome your interest.”
