SHAKTI (or Prakriti) means energy, power, movement, change, nature. It is the maternal principle – the provider, abundance. In the human as well as in the animal kingdom the mother offers nourishment, warmth and security. There is no greater love than the love of a mother. The mother carries and nourishes the child in her own body. When it is born she provides it with mother’s milk and raises it at the sacrifice of her own self until it becomes self-reliant.
As does our Cosmic Mother ....
AVE! MOVEMENT
AVE! is the honoring of the Divine Feminine in All. So while some men may feel offended in the term, there is no need to take it personally. All beings have a feminine and a masculine side.
In India, when talking about Shiva/Shakti, there is never one without the other. In Krishna Consciousness, it is Srimati Radhika that you must worship before you can get to Krishna.
In today's society many cultures and religions are not honoring the Divine Feminine aspect of
God/Goddess.
Ancient Wisdom telss us that there is much to be learned from the Mother. In some cultures the Mothers and Daughters are not honored as being as valuable as their male counterparts..
This is a belief that women themselves must overcome. IShakti-Yoga is the yoga of Self-Love. There is no judgement; no being against anyone or anything , especially not ourself.
WE create AVE! Movement as a journey for our own soul and for all humanity. The journey from our mind to our heart, back into the arms of the Cosmic Mother from whence WE came.
Jesus had a mother. All soldiers that are dying on the battle field since the beginning of time have had mothers. No mother wants their child to die. This is keeping mankind on spin cycle.
Our only true hope for humanity is to turn back the hands of time to our Highest Vision. One WE all came in with when WE were born.
First WE must focus on Self-Love. In Shakti-Yoga through purification, WE find the key that unlocks the door to our hearts & our inner child.
