BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Australian Goods and Services Tax( GST) at 10 % is applicable to all goods and services offered by the conference and all prices in this document are exclusive of the GST. GST is calculated at date of publication. APN Educational Media reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of the GST.
2. Exhibition space will be allocated only on receipt of signed Booking Forms. A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking, together with a Tax Invoice for the total amount payable. Major sponsors / partners requesting stands will receive first preference.
3. All exhibitors will receive an exhibitors manual outlining event details, exhibition build and freight forwarding companies, delivery, hiring goods, electricity, and storage, etc. after payment has been received
4. Cheques should be made payable to: APN Educational Media.
5. All monies payable must be received prior to the event. No exhibitor will be allowed access to the exhibition, undertake move-in operations nor be listed as an exhibitor in the onsite publications until full payment and a booking form has been received.
6. All exhibitors must have public liability insurance for the period of the exhibition. APN Educational Media will not be responsible for any loss or injury that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’ s employees, registrants, the public or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during and the subsequent period of the meeting. Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the APN Educational Media from all liability( damage or accident) that might ensue from any cause resulting to or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.
7. The exhibition will be locked each evening and security will be onsite during the exhibition opening times. It is suggested that no valuable items be left at your booth, especially overnight. No responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials.
8. APN Educational Media reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and / or relocate any exhibit without notice. There will not discount or refund for any facilities not used or required.
9. If the exhibitor intends to utilise and install a custom built stand, APN Educational Media must be advised and such advice must include full details and dimensions. All display construction requires the approval of APN Educational Media and Conference Venue. A pro rata fee will apply if any construction occupies space outside the specified space as indicated on the exhibition floor plan.
10. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their booked space except upon prior written consent of APN Educational Media
CANCELLATION POLICY
After a booking form has been submitted by the exhibiting company and a confirmation, the following cancellation policy will apply.
• In the event of cancellation on or before 16 July 2017 a 50 % refund will be given
• For cancellations after 17 July 2017 no refund will be given
Should a cancellation be made prior to receipt of payment the cancellation fee is applicable and APN Educational Media will issue an invoice which will be payable within seven( 7) days.
• A reduction in booked space may also result in the relocation of the said exhibit space at the discretion of APN Educational Media
