PRE-EVENT

• Organisation name, logo, 50 word profile and contact details listed in conference exhibitor listing on Higher Equity and Diversity webpage.
•“ New Sponsor” announcement in one promotional EDM for the conference to the Campus Review database. Including logo, company description and contact details( up to 70 words).
ON SITE
• Organisation name, logo, 50 word profile and contact details listed in the conference program guide
• 1 insert in the delegate satchel( brochure, pen, promotional item less than A4 in size)
• Exhibition table display( one 1.8m trestle table, 2 chairs, power access)
• Two exhibitor registrations( includes all refreshment breaks, including networking drinks on Day 1 and access to all conference sessions)- Additional exhibition passes can be purchased should you wish to have more staff onsite. Please contact the APN Ed Med Events team.
POST- EVENT
• Delegate list( name, organisation, state in accordance with privacy legislation)
