INVITATION
We would like to offer you the unique opportunity to sponsor the Campus Review Higher Equity and Diversity Summit, which will give your organisation an opportunity to connect with Australian higher education leaders from various sectors.
In its third year, the conference program is designed for attendees to discuss, learn and be challenged by the informative speakers, and take away new strategies to apply at their institutes.
Sponsoring the conference will provide your organisation with an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services, plus the chance to network with potential clients.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Campus Review seeks to provide a platform through the Higher Equity and Diversity Summit for a balanced program of speakers to dissect, debate and offer fresh perspectives on how the sector can achieve a more diverse workforce to the benefit of individual institutions and the community.
There is no denying that Australian universities have experienced profound change in recent times, with increased measurement of operational activities, a clearer business orientation and industrial forces at play. With these in mind, the Campus Review Higher Equity and Diversity Summit will examine:
• Demographic trends within the higher education sector workforce
• Changes to the strategies and management of these institutions and the effects on minority groups
• Key barriers to achieving workforce diversity and equity
• The casualisation of the higher education sector workforce
• The perceived decreased transparency of pay setting schemes and the potential for discrimination
• Case studies and personal stories from those tackling these issues within their own workplace.
