Open Evening
dates
Ensure that you attend the open evenings for your
preferred school(s).
Please see page 2 for details on the Open Evenings for
Ealing high schools.
23 October
Recommended
submission date
If you are making a paper application you are strongly
advised to submit this to your child’s primary school by
23 October. Primary schools will be closed for half term
from 26 to 30 October.
31 October
Closing date for
applications
If you are applying online, you will have up until
11.59pm on 31 October to submit your application.
If you are applying on a paper form you will need to
ensure your application is received by the admissions
team by 31 October.
1 March
National offer
day
If you applied online you will receive an email during the
evening with the outcome of your application.
If you made a paper application a letter will be posted
to you, first class, with the outcome of your application.
15 March
Offer response
deadline
You must confirm if you are accepting or declining the
place that has been offered. If you do not respond the
offer may be withdrawn and offered to another child.
Online applicants can respond through their eadmissions
account. Paper applicants will need to complete and
return the reply slip enclosed with the offer letter.
