Independent Walking
he Beaujolais region is famous for its wines and its
great hospitality. Our two wine trail walking
holidays let you sample both in equal measure. They are
also delightful walking experiences, traversing the
beautiful and secret hills of the Beaujolais region, home
of wine growers producing 12 AOC wines. A pleasant
combination of rich fruity flavours and more complex
traits, makes these French wines unique. You'll get the
chance to sample many of them at your guest houses,
which are mainly on vineyards, as well as at other
producers along the way. At the end of each day you'll
be welcomed with open arms at your small, guest
houses where the hospitality is second to none. Your
walking trails snake their way along secluded valleys
and panoramic ridges, far from the tourist trails.
