4. What valuable lessons have you learned from practicing a sport? The biggest was that thanks to the sport I was able to study in a good school. The scholarship opens up many ways and you know you will not live off the sport but you can give very good education.
5. What benefits do you think physical activity brings? More than anything, health. I feel that an active person has better health because the body is not accustomed to being resting, it is in motion.
6. Do you consider that physical activity helps you to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Why? Yes, mainly because you are in health, you keep fit and above all you are in constant movement. Doing physical activity is very important in a person ' s life because you can live a full life and get health. 7. Do you feel that a person who does not perform physical activity may be more prone to disease? Why? I think yes, because it has been shown that an active person keeps all his organs, body, in better condition than a person who is not active. Now sedentary is a common thing in our society, and when you go to the doctor what they commonly recommend is to do physical activity. 8. If a person decides to do physical activity, what is the first thing he should know or do? The first thing to do is to find a specialist; it is not only going out and do something. You always have to look for someone who specializes in that.
9. What recommendations would you give to people who perform physical activity? That they do it for love, that they like sport or physical activity. That always seek to improve, that do not conform to what they already are, always want to achieve something more.
10. What advice would you give to people who do not practice physical activity? I would recommend them to try it more than anything; maybe they find the love of a sport or whether to perform some physical activity.
