Abortion

Nowadays, abortion is a topic that
unleashes different opinions around the
world. Some people defend the life of
the fetus from the first day of gestation
and others argue that abortion should
be legal in some cases such as rape.
According to the World Health
Organization, an abortion can be
performed within the first twelve weeks,
during which time the fetus fails to
develop so it practically does not have a
life and will not be killing a living being
at the time of performing an abortion.
Interruption in pregnancy within the first
twelve weeks of gestation is not
considered a murder because the fetus
has not yet developed enough to be
considered a living being. An abortion
within that range of time should be
allowed, as it does not pay attention to
the life of a living being.
