The biggest culprit for back pain is habitual poor posture. Think of the posture you assume when typing away in front of the computer at work. You tend to lean forward, slouch on your chair with a hunched back, or poke your chin because that’s your most comfortable position, right? Well, this is probably what is making that back hurt day in day out.
