From somebody that is completely new to Miss Peregrine ' s Home for Peculiar Children , I will say the premise behind the movie grabbed me straight away : a boy called Jacob discovers a clues into a mysterious place that spands across time . If you are a fan of the novels , you may be a bit shocked at the adaption , as I was told that they have crammed nearly two novels into this one movie .
