Strawberry kiss cookies HealthyU Snack You will need --3 ripe bananas --2 cup gluten-free oats --½ cup apple sauce or honey --1 tsp vanilla -- a generous pinch of nutmeg --1 tsp cinnamon --½ cup slivered almonds -- 6 fresh strawberries --1 tbsp grated ginger (optional) Directions Visit the USQ HealthyU website Share your strawberry kiss cookies with us on Instagram -- Preheat oven to 180° Celsius. -- In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. -- Add oats, applesauce or honey, vanilla, spices, and almonds. Stir throughly. -- Cut the pieces off strawberries and chop fruit into tiny pieces. -- Add to batter. Mix until well blended. -- Form rounded shapes and place them onto a lined baking sheet. -- Cook for 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. -- Let them cool on cooling rack.
