WHERE TO JUMP

Jumping on a trampoline as a child was
one of my all-time favourite things to do,
so, when I heard of a trampoline fitness
class, it sky-rocketed to the top of my todo list! I was however, quite sceptical as
to how this class was going to physically
challenge me. Those doubts were shortly
dismissed when we hit the mats and
started to run and jump from one side of
the room to the other.
In 60 minutes, KloudFit combines a high
intensity, low impact workout that focuses
on targeting leg, arm and core muscles.
I thoroughly enjoyed this new form of
exercise that was actually quite, dare I
say, FUN! Finishing the workout off with
a free-style warm down, which of course
consisted of jumping across the different
trampolines, was a superb finish.
Grab a friend and sweat it out for an
hour! It will be sure to revive your senses.
