--1 cup medjool dates
--1 cup cashews
--½ cup almonds
--½ cup oats
--½ cup desiccated coconut
--½ cup cacao powder
--1 tbsp coconut oil
--Chia seeds, desiccated coconut or
cacao powder to cover
How to make them
Recipe kindly supplied by
--Remove the seeds from the
dates, place in a bowl and cover
with water. Soak for 15 mins
then drain.
--In a food processor, blend the
nuts and oats until a rough
crumb forms.
--Add the soaked dates, coconut,
coconut oil and cacao and blend
until well
