Popcorn

Ingredients:
-- 1⁄3 cup organic popcorn kernels
-- Extra virgin coconut oil, melted
-- Himalayan salt
-- Seasoning: cacao powder, cinnamon
powder, smoked paprika, sea salt
-- Optional seasonings: curry powder,
garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sage,
tarragon, dried mustard, five spice
powder, cumin, oregano, fennel, red
pepper flakes, marjoram and basil.
How to make it:
-- If you have a popcorn maker, use that
to pop the kernels. Otherwise, assemble
these items: a microwave safe bowl with
a vented lid, and popcorn kernels.
-- Add 1⁄3 cup popcorn kernels to bowl,
put on the lid, microwave for 3–4
minutes, until 1–2 seconds between
pops.
-- Drizzle 1–2 tbsp of coconut oil over
freshly popped popcorn and toss to get
an even coverage.
-- Add your desired seasoning.
For original, add Himalayan salt. For
something savoury, smoked paprika
or cumin spice, and for a sweet treat
sprinkle with cinnamon or cacao
powder. Serve warm.
